04.04.09 : Obligation of A Thai Dinner

self-made breakfast, WTC (Whomeal, Tomato & Cheese) Sandwich. something to munch before i run for work. my sleep was comfy last night.

i will skip meal today. however i enjoyed some Dodol Durian, with compliment from Melvin. thank you Melvin. Candy like it too.

i was invited to a dinner. the strange part was i should enjoy it myself. huh? the next future husband & wife team had invited me over for some wedding planning. am i a wedding planner? no, i am not. thank you Mr & Mrs 'Sponsor" they just open a new restaurant. a Thai restaurant. a very homely ambience. i don't feel like i'm in a restaurant but rather like in a big dining room with kitchen attached. no photography of the restaurant and staff allowed before the official opening. sopi! listen to the "big boss!". smile. so i keep my promise. i was only allowed to snap-snap my meal only and it's compliment not free the bosses said so.

i choose to have Thai Beef Noodle (Soup), Thai Ice Milk Tea & Chendol. the verdict: the taste was truly authenticly Thai. people tend to ask, how do you know it's authentic? the answer is: i live & work in Thailand before. i even attend school there. got it? the Thai chef was an old friend whom have came from the 'Land of Smile' to the 'Fine City'. he almost become my boyfriend, the story was so long before while i was living in Bangkok. he still look gorgeous, aww... laughed.

to Mr & Mrs Sponsor... thank you for the wonderful dinner. i truly enjoy it and i truly hope to hear the wedding bell soon. December? oh how could i forget, congratulation on the soon-to-be-officially-open restaurant.

**send my regards to your busy gorgeous chef Somboon, smiled.
