31.01.09 : Batam #05

after some good rest earlier morning, i went out with a mission in the afternoon. to buy 'a sick someone' a takeaway from MOS Burger. i had to deliver it far away. laughed


so my trip just begin...

i arrived safely in Batam it was 1310wib when i was waiting for my sick Zerr at Nagoya Hill.


we had lunch at Nagoya Hill Food Street. Rumah Makan Five Star. i had Nasi Goreng Spesial while my dear Donut had his Sop Ikan. halfway eating we were join by Mas Rico. he just had a drink.




from Nagoya Hill we proceed Kimia Farma. Zerr went to see a doctor after much persuasion from me. i just want my Donat to get well faster. diagnosed with 'Gejala Campak' at early stage. not much worries but still worries (what statement is that? laughed...) we head home after that. please stay track on your medication (my Donut hates medicines)



Zerr not wanting to behave sickly request to go out for a movie at Mega Mall. alright as long you could hold yourself. we head for dinner first just outside the Batam International Ferry Terminal & Mega Mall. a food street vendor haven. both of us had Nasi Sop. rice serves with a spicy beef base broth that burnt my tounge. ouch!-smiling


there are always a form of entertainment while we were dining. these 2 "pe-nga-men" was very good. strumming the guitar, singing song about politics. as the election is drawing nearer in Batam. they had strong followers and listener i notice, or perhaps fans. some dance, clap their hand and some people are totally amused. i'm delighted and willing to depart with my INR10,000 (Rupiah)... anywhere else we gave maximum INR1,000 (Rupiah)


we went to Studio XXI to grab a movie ticket. watching 'Asmara Dunia Diana' starring my beloved Jamie Aditya and 'hot cakes' Luna Maya. from there stopping by at Disc Tarra, i bought anumber of CD's and VCD's. yeay!


movie time. in between the screening it stop. boooooo... it do happen sometimes. nevertheless we enjoyed the movie. Jamie Aditya acting skill is improving. i placed him next to my all time hero, Tora Sudiro.


after the movie we went to Pizza Hut to buy takeaway for supper. just in case we went hungry later at night. we have another movie to watch at home later. smiled
