05.12.08 - Batam Day Trip

up and ready for a big sumptuos breakfast. as it will be a long day trip to Batam. we filled ourselves well.




bumped into Amanda at the Concierge. it will be her last working day. best of luck Amanda and don't forget us. i set off to a beginning of a day trip. Batam here i come.

the busy pair. i envy with the thing they have, it is called CAMERA! (laughed)


we will be meeting Eria(a.k.a Nyonya Mansor) at Harbourfront. the four of us will be travelling to Batam together (yeay!) it was a smooth ferry ride. some managed to sleep away, including me.



first stop was Nagoya Hill for lunch before heading to Mega Mall. i suggested Pondok Bebek Gurih since everyone wanted to try Duck Meat. come... within minutes, my Donat arrived. (halo cynk!)

Raja managed to get almost all the DVD's and Anggun latest CD. we spend more than half an hour browsing in Disc Tarra at MegaMall. from there we head down to level one where J.Co is waiting. Donuts and Drinks everyone?



from MegaMall back to Nagoya Hill. i went for a haircut at Christopher Salon that cost me S$5.00+ for "wash and cut" service, i truly save... (smiled)


after a long round of shop hopping we decided to go home. i'm very happy got to see my Donat after sometime. will miss him again. i guessed only Eria could not find the thing she wants... time limitation i guess. come back again and get Zerr to join you i suggested(smiled).


it was raining outside while we were in the ferry but it was not choppy water. again we make use of the time to sleep.

from HarbourFront after Eria had left, the rest of us head down to The PictureHouse to grabbed movie tickets. watching Muallaf, a Yasmin Ahmad movie. it will be a second time for me.

back to hotel we indulged into the takeaway J.Co Donuts. before getting ready for the 2315hrs movie slot. for someone, her agenda became reality. i'm glad.


we make it in time by bus to The Cathay, The PictureHouse. enjoy the movie people!
